In 1994 Robert McIver, President of RDM Benefits made a carrier change into the insurance industry.  After building up the client base in Winston-Salem, NC for the beginning years, RDM Benefits expanded east to the Raleigh, NC area and has formed a corporate office in Holly Springs, NC.  The growth of the business has taken it further east now to the coastal region in Brunswick County.  Having an office and representation in the Triad Area, the Triangle Area, and now the Coastal Region, gives us great pride in helping individuals and companies in all these areas.  We will serve as an extension of the groups HR department. We are meeting our goals of helping individuals and small business in these communities with the service they deserve.  If the need is group or individual health as well as Medicare Supplements.  There is one area that I will not leave in our business and that is "SERVICE". We need our clients five years from now.
