About Us!
Bob McIver, began his insurance carrier in 1994. Through the years he has expanded the growth of RDM Benefits with filling the needs of group and individual clients. Bob is a graduate of High Point College. His degree is a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He played basketball from 1977 to 1979 for the Hight Point College Panthers. He spent most of his time growing up in Winston-Salem, NC, graduating from RJ Reynolds High School in 1976. He lives in Ocean Isle, NC with his wife Susan. He has two children Wes and Erin. He works with the Winston-Salem, Holly Springs and Coastal offices. Hobbies are golf, art, guitar playing. Christine Quante, MBA, takes great pride in creating and building relationships 
with her clients. She is passionate about health care and finding the right benefits for everyone! She designs packages with just the right fit.

Christine is the Agency Sales Director for RDM Benefits of Holly Springs and has been in the insurance industry since 2002. She has a Bachelors Degree as well as a Masters Degree in Business Administration, is licensed in

Wes McIver is in charge of the Piedmont Triad area for sales
and support. Being licensed in 2005, Wes brings experience to the new and existing clients. His area will range from Winston-Salem, Charlotte and the Greensboro. Wes attended Guilford Tech and Forsyth Tech before becoming an agent/broker with RDM Benefits. He will be involved with all aspects of health, dental, life, disability and annuities on an individual and group basis. His hobbies are golf, playing guitar and traveling.
